Your Practitioner is the creator of the Healing Remembered™ app and may use it in your session. Any statement of the practitioner’s credentials is for informational purposes only, and your local jurisdiction may not have adopted any educational and training standards for unlicensed complementary and alternative health care practitioners including energy healers. Under applicable law, unlicensed complementary and alternative health care practitioners (including energy healers) may not provide a medical diagnosis or recommend discontinuance of medically prescribed treatments. If you desire a diagnosis from a licensed physician, chiropractor, or mental health practitioner, or services from a physician, chiropractor, nurse, physical therapist, dietitian, nutritionist, mental health practitioner, or any other type of healthcare provider, you may seek such services at any time.

Payments

Current session fees are displayed on our website and confirmed upon check out. Sessions are non-refundable, non-transferrable, and cannot be rescheduled.    

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Reasonable notice of change in services and charges.
• Know complete and current information concerning the Practitioner’s assessment and the service that is provided.
• Courteous, professional, and ethical treatment and to be free from verbal, physical, or sexual abuse by the Practitioner.
• Confidentiality, but please note this is not a legally privileged relationship between you and Kate Elliott Healing or the Practitioner. Your information will not be released to any person or entity without written permission from you, unless we are required to comply with a subpoena or order from law enforcement, a government agency, or a court of competent jurisdiction; or we are reasonably suspicious of your imminent danger or potential harm to yourself or others, or that you are engaged in child abuse, elder abuse, or human trafficking.
• Refuse services or treatment, provide that payment is non-refundable.
• File complaints with Kate Elliott Healing by emailing hello@kateelliotthealing.com.
• Assert your rights without retaliation.
